Technical Sequences - additional $25
Team Fee - $30 per level
(3 athletes make a team - only one team per level - Division 1 & 2 combined)

You must use USAG Registration System
and send your check by February 15, 2017
Any payments received after February 15
will be assessed a $50 late fee

Entry forms for USAG Regionals must be turned in and paid for at the state meet.
​Checks should be made payable to Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy for the State meet entries and the Regional Entry Fees.
